  _P_CCINFO 2-14330 Sophia was raised on the family farm northeast of Albion, NE. She attended School District #77 in Boone County. Sophia was always to offer assistance to anyone who needed help. Whenever a new niece or nephew was born Sophia came to help the new mother and baby. If someone was seriously sick she came to assist. The entire Becker family needed Sophia. In 1931 she moved with her parents into Albion and cared for them until they passed away. She is an especially good cook and worked as a cook in the Boone County Hospital for nineteen years until 1973. She made the best fritters in all of the world!!
