Cynthia Grotelueschen, 3 1/2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elroy Grotelueschen of Colorado Springs, died in a hospital there at 6 p.m. Thursday following surgery for a brain tumor.
Besides her parents, Elroy and Betty Loseke Grotelueschen, the child is survived by two brothers, Lee and Rodney; her grandparents, Mrs. Ernst Grotelueschen of Lake Worth, Fla., and Mr. and Mrs. Ernst Loseke of Columbus; her paternal great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. F.H. Mueller of Columbus.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Redeemer Lutheran church in Colorado Springs, after which the body will be entrained for Columbus for grave side services and burial Tuesday in Roselawn Memorial cemetery.
