Gladys "Penny" Loseke, 86 of Denver, Colorado, (formerly of Columbus, Nebraska) died Sunday, April 6, 2008, in Denver.
The funeral service will be on Thursday, April 10 at 10:30 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus with Rev. Timothy White officiating. Interment will be in the Roselawn Memorial Cemetery in Columbus. Visitation will be on Thursday from 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Girl Scouts of America, the American Diabetes Association, Trinity Lutheran Church, or donor's/family choice.
Gladys K. "Penny" Loseke was born March 10, 1922, in Richland, Nebraska, to Arthur and Blanche (Bures) Kluck. She graduated from Kramer High School in 1938 and married Harvey Loseke on August 3, 1941. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother, a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, lifetime member of Prairie Hills Girl Scout Council, office administrator, gift shop volunteer, Bible School teacher, avid bridge player, songster, and a genuine, delightful person who exemplified Christian living as she touched many lives.

Daughter - Barbara (Steve) DeWitt of Arvada, CO
Daughter - Beth Westerberg of Westminster, CO
Son - Jim (Paula) Loseke of Pueblo, CO
Grandchildren - Steve Jr. and Stephanie DeWitt; Meghann, Heather, and Barry Loseke
Great Grandchild - Zachary
